Arletta Environmental Consulting Joins Triton Environmental Consultants to Expand Environmental and Asset Retirement Services
Triton Environmental Consultants Ltd. (“Triton”) is pleased to announce that it has acquired Arletta Environmental Consulting Corp. ("Arletta"), marking an exciting new chapter for both organizations and strengthening the environmental consulting services available to clients across Western Canada.
The combined company brings together two organizations with complementary strengths. By joining Triton, Arletta will expand the resources and technical expertise available to clients while continuing to deliver the responsive, relationship focused service that has defined it business.
Arletta will continue operating as a subsidiary of Triton, providing continuity for clients and employees.
Founded in Calgary, Arletta has spent nearly two decades helping upstream oil and gas operators manage environmental liabilities through practical, technically sound solutions. Together, Arletta and Triton are well positioned to support clients with broader expertise, greater capacity, and a wider range of environmental consulting services.
